Terms of use

The agreement between customers and Veyzo LLC for booking help through Veyzo. Last updated September 21, 2026.

Important Notice

This agreement contains a binding arbitration provision and a class action waiver. By accessing or using the Veyzo Platform, you agree to resolve disputes through individual arbitration to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. See “Your Right to Opt Out” in the Arbitration Agreement below.

Please read these Terms carefully.

Acceptance of These Terms

These Consumer Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Veyzo website, web application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), which are owned and operated by Veyzo LLC (“Veyzo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By checking the acceptance box at account registration, by submitting a booking, or by otherwise accessing or using the Platform as a customer (“Customer” or “Consumer”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on the Platform and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Unless otherwise stated, changes will take effect 30 days after they are posted.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms, except that if we make a material change — including any change to the Arbitration Agreement, the class action waiver, the Limitation of Liability, or the fees you may be charged — we will ask you to affirmatively accept the revised Terms before you may continue to book Services. Continued use alone will not constitute acceptance of a material change.

If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the Platform and close your account. The version of these Terms in effect when you made a booking will continue to govern that booking.

Additional Policies

The following additional documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference:

  • Privacy Policy
  • Cancellation Policy
  • Safety Standards
  • Refund & Payment Policy
  • Community Guidelines
  • Cookie Policy

Together with these Terms, these documents make up the agreement between you and Veyzo LLC regarding your use of the Platform as a Consumer.

Key Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

  • “Platform” means the Veyzo website, web application, and any related online tools or services provided by Veyzo LLC.
  • “Customer” or “Consumer” means a User who accesses the Platform to request, book, or receive services from CrewPros.
  • “CrewPro” means an independent contractor who offers labor-only services to Customers through the Platform.
  • “User” means any person who creates an account on the Platform or otherwise uses the Platform.
  • “Services” means labor-only tasks requested by Customers and performed by CrewPros, such as moving help, yard work, cleaning, and similar tasks.
  • “User Content” means any content submitted, posted, or transmitted by Users through the Platform, including profiles, reviews, messages, and job details.

About Veyzo

Veyzo is an online marketplace that connects Customers with independent contractors (“CrewPros”) who perform labor-only Services. Veyzo LLC operates the Platform but does not provide the Services itself.

Veyzo does not supervise, manage, or control how CrewPros perform their work. CrewPros are not employees, agents, or representatives of Veyzo LLC. Veyzo does not guarantee the quality, timing, suitability, or outcome of any Services performed by CrewPros.

Eligibility

To use the Platform as a Customer, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old;
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts; and
  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Background Checks

Veyzo may require CrewPros to undergo background checks conducted by third-party consumer reporting agencies in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”) and other applicable laws.

Veyzo does not independently investigate or verify the contents of a background check. We rely on the consumer reporting agency that prepares it, and that agency — not Veyzo — is responsible for the accuracy of the information it reports. A CrewPro who believes a report is inaccurate may dispute it directly with the agency.

Background checks reduce, but do not eliminate, risk. Veyzo does not guarantee that any CrewPro has no criminal history, will act safely, or is otherwise suitable for your particular needs. You agree that you still must exercise your own judgment and caution when interacting with CrewPros.

Independent Contractor Status of CrewPros

CrewPros are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of Veyzo LLC. CrewPros:

  • Control when and which jobs they accept;
  • Decide how to perform their work;
  • Are responsible for their own taxes and insurance; and
  • Are not entitled to employee benefits from Veyzo LLC.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Veyzo, or between Veyzo and any CrewPro.

Customer Responsibilities

As a Customer, you agree to:

  • Provide all tools, equipment, and materials required for the Services, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
  • Ensure that the location where Services are performed is safe, reasonably clean, and accessible;
  • Provide accurate, complete, and honest descriptions of the work to be performed;
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including local ordinances; and
  • Treat CrewPros with respect and refrain from any abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or unsafe conduct.

Certain categories of work may not be requested through the Platform. These are listed in the Prohibited Services section of our Safety Standards and on our Prohibited Services page. CrewPros may decline or discontinue Services if they believe the conditions are unsafe, unlawful, prohibited, or materially different from what was described, and you will not be charged a cancellation fee where a CrewPro declines for one of those reasons.

Booking & Confirmations

When you submit a booking request on the Platform, it is sent to one or more available CrewPros. A CrewPro has a limited time window (typically one hour) to accept or decline the request.

Your booking is not confirmed until a CrewPro accepts the request through the Platform. Veyzo does not guarantee that any given request will be accepted, that a specific CrewPro will be available, or that Services will be available at a particular time.

Authorization and Final Charge

A hold is placed, not a charge. When you submit a booking, your payment method is saved and nothing is charged or held at that time. We place a temporary authorization hold on your payment method approximately 24 hours before your scheduled start time, or at the time of booking if the Services are scheduled to start within 24 hours. If we are unable to place the hold, we will notify you and ask you to update your payment method; if the hold still cannot be placed, we may cancel the booking, and no cancellation fee applies to a booking cancelled for that reason. A hold is not a charge. Depending on your bank, the held amount may appear as “pending” and may temporarily reduce your available balance.

The hold is larger than the estimate. The hold covers the high end of the estimated total shown to you at checkout plus an allowance for a tip, and is therefore higher than the price you expect to pay. The amount of the hold is shown to you before you confirm your booking. Holding this amount before the Services begin is what allows your booking to be settled with a single charge rather than several.

When you are charged, and how many times. We do not charge your payment method until the Services are complete and you have confirmed completion on the Platform, or the confirmation period described on the Platform has lapsed. There is one charge per booking. It covers the base price, any approved additional time, any platform or service fee, and any tip you choose to add. You will not see a separate charge for a tip.

The final charge is normally lower than the hold. Whatever portion of the hold is not charged is released by your bank. Release timing is controlled by your bank, not by Veyzo, and commonly takes three to seven business days.

If the final amount exceeds the hold. This should not occur, but it can if you approve a substantial amount of additional time beyond the duration you booked — billed at the additional hourly rate shown to you at the time of booking and rounded up to the next billing increment — or a tip larger than the allowance. In that case we may place a new authorization for the difference or charge your payment method for the full final amount. By submitting a booking, you authorize us to do so.

Receipt. You will receive an itemized receipt showing the base price, any approved additional time, any platform or service fee, and any tip.

Marketing Communications

Transactional messages. We will send you messages necessary to provide the Services — booking confirmations, CrewPro assignment, arrival notices, receipts, and account or security notices. These are not marketing messages, and you may not opt out of them while you maintain an account.

Marketing email. We will send you promotional email only if you opt in. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, by adjusting your account settings, or by contacting support@veyzo.com.

Marketing text messages (SMS). We will send you marketing text messages only if you separately and affirmatively opt in by checking a box provided for that specific purpose.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of creating an account, booking Services, or purchasing anything from Veyzo. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

We will not send you marketing text messages on the basis of your having created an account, provided a phone number, or agreed to these Terms.

Cancellation and Cancellation Fees

You may cancel a booking in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellations made more than twelve (12) hours before the scheduled start time are free.

Cancellations made within twelve (12) hours of the scheduled start time, and no-shows as defined in the Cancellation Policy, may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the base price of the booking, subject to a minimum of $20 and a maximum of $75. The exact dollar amount that would apply to your booking is displayed to you on the booking screen before you confirm your booking, and again on the cancellation screen before you confirm a cancellation.

Cancellation fees are paid in full to the CrewPro who had accepted your booking. Veyzo retains no portion of a cancellation fee.

CrewPros who cancel or fail to appear for a scheduled booking may be subject to penalties or removal from the Platform, and you will not be charged a cancellation fee for a booking a CrewPro cancels. However, Veyzo LLC is not responsible for any losses or damages you may experience due to a CrewPro’s cancellation, lateness, or failure to appear.

Payment, Fees & Taxes

Payments for Services are processed through the Platform on behalf of CrewPros. By booking Services, you authorize Veyzo to charge your selected payment method for:

  • The agreed price for the Services;
  • Any applicable platform or service fees; and
  • Any applicable cancellation fees.

The total estimated price for a booking, including any platform or service fee, is displayed to you before you confirm your booking. We do not add fees after you book other than as described in “Authorization and Final Charge” above and in the Cancellation Policy.

Unless required by law, all charges are final and non-refundable. Veyzo does not provide refunds based solely on dissatisfaction with the Services. Our Refund & Payment Policy describes the limited circumstances in which a refund or adjustment may be issued.

CrewPros are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on amounts they receive. Veyzo LLC does not withhold income or employment taxes on behalf of CrewPros.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose;
  • Request Services that are hazardous, extremely unsafe, prohibited under our Safety Standards, or that require a licensed professional (such as electrical, gas line, or major structural work);
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse CrewPros or any other User;
  • Attempt to circumvent the Platform’s booking or payment systems, including by arranging or paying for Services off-Platform with a CrewPro you met through Veyzo;
  • Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information; or
  • Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or interfere with the operation of the Platform.

Veyzo LLC may take action, including suspension or termination of your account, if you violate these conduct requirements. Our Community Guidelines describe these expectations in more detail.

User Content

You are responsible for any User Content you submit, including job descriptions, messages, reviews, photographs, and other materials. You represent and warrant that your User Content:

  • Is accurate and not misleading;
  • Does not violate any law or infringe the rights of any third party; and
  • Is not defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.

By submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant Veyzo LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Platform.

We may remove or restrict access to any User Content at our discretion.

If you believe material on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to our designated agent at support@veyzo.com, subject line “DMCA Notice,” containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it;
  4. Your contact information;
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the DMCA and may remove material and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. Our DMCA Policy describes the counter-notification process.

No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform and all Services arranged through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Veyzo LLC does not make any warranties or representations, express or implied, about:

  • The quality, safety, or suitability of any Services;
  • The availability or reliability of any CrewPro;
  • The accuracy or completeness of any information on the Platform; or
  • The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

You use the Platform and engage with CrewPros at your own risk.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. To the extent an implied warranty cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you, that warranty is limited in duration to the shortest period permitted by that law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veyzo LLC and its owners, members, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for:

  • Any personal injury or property damage arising out of or related to Services performed by a CrewPro;
  • Any acts or omissions of CrewPros or other Users;
  • Any missed appointments, delays, or cancellations; or
  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

To the extent we are found liable despite the foregoing, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform or Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).

Exceptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

  1. death or personal injury caused by our own negligence;
  2. our own fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  3. our own gross negligence or willful misconduct; or
  4. any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, the exclusions and limitations in this section apply only to the fullest extent that law permits, and our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by that law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Veyzo LLC and its owners, members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Platform;
  • Services requested or received by you;
  • Your violation of these Terms; or
  • Your violation of any rights of a CrewPro or other third party.

This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim arises from Veyzo’s own gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Arbitration Agreement

Informal resolution first

Before initiating arbitration, you and Veyzo agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least sixty (60) days. You must send a written Notice of Dispute to support@veyzo.com and to Veyzo LLC, 4932 Village Terrace Dr., Dunwoody, GA 30338, describing the dispute and the relief sought. We will send any Notice of Dispute to the email address on your account. If the dispute is not resolved within sixty days, either party may begin arbitration. Any applicable limitations period is tolled while this process is pending.

Agreement to arbitrate

Except as stated below, you and Veyzo agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or Services arranged through the Platform — including its formation, interpretation, breach, enforcement, or termination, and including whether a claim is subject to arbitration — will be resolved by binding individual arbitration and not in court.

Administrator and rules

The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as modified by this section. The AAA Rules are available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879.

If the AAA is unavailable or unwilling to administer the arbitration consistent with this section, the parties will agree on a substitute administrator, and failing agreement, a court of competent jurisdiction will appoint one.

Fees

Veyzo will pay all AAA filing, administration, and arbitrator fees for any arbitration you initiate in accordance with the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. If the arbitrator determines your claim was frivolous or brought for an improper purpose, the allocation of fees will be governed by the AAA Rules.

Location and format

Arbitration will take place in DeKalb County, Georgia; or, at your election, in the county where you reside; or by telephone, videoconference, or on documents only, where the AAA Rules permit.

Class action and jury waiver

You and Veyzo each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may award relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by that party’s individual claim. The arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of more than one person without the consent of all affected parties.

Coordinated filings

If twenty-five (25) or more similar demands for arbitration are filed against Veyzo by or with the assistance of the same law firm or a coordinated group of firms within a ninety (90) day period, the demands will be administered in sequential batches of no more than fifty (50), with a single arbitrator appointed for each batch, and the parties will work in good faith with the AAA to apply any mass or multiple-consumer arbitration protocols the AAA has adopted. Filing fees beyond those for the first batch do not become due until that batch is resolved. This provision is intended to promote efficiency and does not waive any party’s right to arbitrate.

Exceptions

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights. Nothing in this section prevents either party from reporting conduct to a government agency or participating in a government investigation.

Your right to opt out

You may opt out of this Arbitration Agreement. Send written notice to support@veyzo.com with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” within thirty (30) days of the date you first accept these Terms. Your notice must include your name, the email address on your account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.

Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms and will not affect your account or your ability to use the Platform. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the courts identified in “Governing Law.”

Governing law for this section

The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Arbitration Agreement.

Survival and severability

This Arbitration Agreement survives termination of your account and of these Terms. If any part of this section is found unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply — except that if the class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request will proceed in court and all other claims will remain in arbitration.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, together with applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Except where arbitration is required, any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform must be brought in the state or federal courts located in DeKalb County, Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Notices

Notices to you. We may give you notice by email to the address on your account, by posting on the Platform, or by in-app message. Notice is effective when sent or posted.

Notices to us. Legal notices must be sent to support@veyzo.com and to Veyzo LLC, 4932 Village Terrace Dr., Dunwoody, GA 30338. Service and account questions should go to support@veyzo.com; a message sent only to support@veyzo.com does not constitute legal notice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created a safety risk, engaged in fraud, or otherwise acted in a way that may harm Veyzo LLC, CrewPros, or other Users.

You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time. Even after termination, certain provisions of these Terms continue to apply, as set out in “Survival” below.

General Provisions

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if it cannot be so modified, severed. The remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver is effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Veyzo LLC.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent, and any attempted assignment is void. We may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, on notice to you.

Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic, labor disputes, utility or telecommunications failure, government action, or civil unrest.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Veyzo LLC regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings on that subject.

Survival. The following survive termination of these Terms and of your account: Payment, Fees & Taxes (as to amounts owed), User Content (as to the license granted), Copyright and DMCA, No Warranty, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Arbitration Agreement, Governing Law, Notices, and these General Provisions.

Relationship of the parties. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Veyzo LLC.

Third-party beneficiaries. There are no third-party beneficiaries to these Terms, except that CrewPros are intended third-party beneficiaries of the Customer Responsibilities and User Conduct sections and may enforce them.

Electronic communications and signatures. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that checking a box, clicking a button, or taking a similar affirmative action on the Platform has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, and that records we maintain of your acceptance satisfy any requirement that an agreement be in writing.

Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
