How Veyzo vets every CrewPro
Before a CrewPro can accept a single job, they must pass a Checkr background check, verify that they’re a current college student, and be approved by the Veyzo team.
The vetting steps
- Application: identity, contact details, school and availability.
- Student verification: a code sent to their school (.edu) email plus an uploaded enrollment certificate, reviewed by a Veyzo admin.
- Background check: a Checkr background check, which must come back clear.
- Admin approval: a Veyzo team member reviews everything before the account can accept jobs. The system blocks approval until the background check and student verification are both complete.
On the job
- CrewPros do hand labor only: no driving your belongings, no licensed trades, no hazardous materials.
- Jobs are scheduled so a CrewPro has at least a 2-hour break between jobs, which prevents rushed or late arrivals.
- All messaging and payment stay in the Veyzo app. You’re charged only after you approve the work.

Are CrewPros Veyzo employees?
No. CrewPros are independent contractors who choose which jobs to accept. Veyzo sets prices, handles payment, and vets every CrewPro before their first job.
