How booking a Veyzo crew works

1. Request the job

Choose the job type (for example Loading/Unloading), how many CrewPros, and how much time you want to book. Describe the work in detail and add photos so the crew knows what to expect. You see the full price before you continue.

2. Your card is saved, not charged

You add a card when you book. Nothing is charged or held that day. About 24 hours before your start time, Veyzo places a temporary hold for your selected time plus room for a tip (right away if your job starts within 24 hours). A hold is not a charge.

3. A CrewPro accepts

Nearby CrewPros see the request and one accepts, usually within the hour. If no one accepts within 60 minutes, the request expires and you are not charged. Most jobs can be booked the same day with 2 hours’ notice (4 hours for cleaning, yard work and event setup).

4. The crew does the work

CrewPros arrive at the scheduled time and message you in the app. If the job needs more time, you can extend it at the same 15-minute rate; you approve extra time before it’s added.

5. Approve, tip, and pay

When the work is done, you review and approve it. You can add a tip, and 100% goes to the crew. Only then is your card charged.

Cancelling

Cancelling 12 or more hours before the start time is free.
